Claire Forest, PhD directs the National Family Development Credential Program which in 2020 celebrates 25 years of teaching America's family workers and empowerwing skills of FDC. Dr. Forest is Assistant Research Professor in Uconn's Dept. of Human Development & Family Sciences, Center for Study of Culture, Health & Human Development. Katie Palmer-House EdD earned her doctorate in transformative leadership at Columbia University. She developed the initial edition of Empowerment Skills for Leaders, and currently teaches Psychology at Duchess Community College.
